That's right people. Wake up. It's a scam and don't send anyone any money like that. I've been a paralegal for over 30 years. Now I am a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant and I also own my own cake business. I am disabled. The offer and then the money request was the kicker for me. I too, like most everyone else, found nothing on this company. I've reported the company to the IRS, FLDBPR (Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.)  They too found nothing on this company and the P.O. Box does not actually exist. IT'S A OUT AND OUT LIE AND SCAM. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!!!  That goes for "you've been approved credit card scams" as well. Get real people, earn your money honesty and God will reward you.

It's nothing until your money make it something not for you but for the mystery person or people that want to take your money . They don't know you and you don't know you so wake up and don't allow them to ruin your dreams through lies just to make their dreams come true at your expense dwayne jones

03/14/2011 - I've received 3 notices about winning sweepstakes in the past 7 weeks that I know of - According to the the so called document - this one sounds as though the addressee has won.  - BUT

The twists and turns of the wording on the entire enclosed paper work, leads me to believe that sending a payment of $19.99  which is supposedly "refundable  with-in 60 days" is  for the purchase of a report on sweepstakes entries. Knowing this  would make them a valid manipulative business

2 of the three that landed here required a purchase,
1 from Texas under a different name for the amount of 20 dollars which I tossed, and the other for $19.99, from New York,

The first one that arrived had a toll free 800 phone number to call to enter a sweepstakes from New York with no purchase necessary and no fee . I called spoke with a woman, entered and then was sent to  a series of recorded messages to buy something.

The woman or phone clerk asked for a credit card number which I never gave out  She did wish me luck on  winning the sweepstakes before she sent me off to the recordings to buy.

After this phone call is when the likes of the subject began to arrive. I don't respond to the offers. It's junk mail.

I received the same letter. I think its a hoax. I couldn't find any information about the company online, and they don't offer a phone number or address or even a real name of the company. Its also a bit suspicious that they ask you to send money. Real sweepstakes usually say things like "no purchase necessary".

I have also received the same letter and I also received another one just like it from another company called National Prize Reporting Center that said I won 1,250,000.000 with the exact same instructions just with a different PO Box address to send th 19.99 to. I am going to have it investigated a little. I have some friends in law enforcement and I just have to know.

I had got both of those letters too when my stupid fiance entered in that National Magazine Exchange and They also sent us a letter coincidentally at the same time, so I thought I would check it out over here online and it turns out it is a scam. All I gotta say is stick with lottery tickets people, they may take half the money out for taxes but they don't try to scam you like this, this is ridiculous for what people have to come to to try to take your money!!!!!!

I just received a letter from Award Payment Division,Data release Division, out of New jersey.  Telling me to give them a $19.95 fee! Now get this. If you win that kind of money, they said it was $1,400,000.00! The return envelope had no building or address just a P.O.box. Typed unto on regular cheap, printing paper. Please,if you get one of these letters, throw it away. Why do you have to pay for something you supposed to have won!

I got this letter stating to send 19.99 to a PO box. Don't do it!!!! I read the letter three times hoping it was legit. Its legit the way they wrote it but you've won nothing. Its a way to solicit money from your misunderstanding. Its a sweepstakes news letter telling you about different sweepstakes you can enter. Be cautious people with these get rich quick scams !!!!!

These types of letters fall into the ranks of "Buy our magazines and win millions!"  Has anyone ever received a magazine?  They also like to play on our heart strings and make them a Christian based or Battered and Abused adult/children charity.  In all of my 44 years I have never heard of anyone winning anything.
Throw these away.  Don't let that glimmer of hope encourage you to support these parasites.  Maybe if we ban together as Americans and give them no support it will come to an end. If there is no end, the reward will be that these faceless nameless companies waste massive dollars on paper and postage.  In turn it will support our Postal Workers and Paper Mills.

I got the same letter today and looked all over the Internet and couldn't find anything. There was no real address and no phone number or anything so I turned to the back page and typed in the drdo and this popped up. I kind of thought it was fake for the fact that they wanted me to send in some money and I thought that was something wrong with that. Don't do it because I see no one on here seem to got no good news or received any money at all.

We are all rich!!! As long as we don't reply to scams like these letters. If we all won $1,400,000.00(yes, that includes me!) Think of all of those poor people that have gotten sucked into sending $19.99 thinking that the money would be delivered to them? Come on folks, if it sounds to good to be true- then it's some low-life scum trying to make to get rich. I think we should all report this company to our local news station and newspaper- There is power in numbers and these kinds of scams NEED TO STOP!

The great majority of you idiots cannot read. The paper states that you are buying a report of free sweepstakes to enter. The $1.4MM is only a tease as to what is available. You should know better you bunch of lemmings.

On the 5th line up from the bottom of your notice it will read "This communication is not a sweepstakes or award notification and does not guarantee that you will win any sweepstakes." Do Not fall for this SCAM

Hey hey, I'm the sucker here. I actually sent the money and on top of that I sent it periority. I needed the money so bad that I thought it might be real. I hope that the scammer gets a terminal brain cancer and uses this money for their medical bills.

Not worth the $19.99 they are asking for, in my opinion.

They are a scam, they have no phone number and a P.O. Box.Also any time you win a prize or money they are not supposed to ask you for money, that is a big red flag. Plus in the letter they could not even spell completed right.
