The reason people act the way they do depends on their conscience. It has to weather one is
living according to his/her Adamic nature or they have a new nature. Although people who live only to the natural man, adamic nature, can live wholesome life by choices. Regeneration or being born again lives to please Christ. But still can make bad moral decisions. Bible refers to a conscience that Paul called a seared conscience who does not even blush at bad sinful actions
