You'll usually "borderline" ok if the height is 29" or less,. For example: 29+20+13=62

62 linear inches of luggage (or boxes for shipment) means adding the length, width and heigth of the luggage (or box) together.  Example:  Luggage is 36" wide, 18" high and 8" deep.  36+18+8 =62
