There is a lot of difference between the two. Aeronautics refers to the science which is involved with the study, design, and manufacture of flight capable machines, or with the techniques of operating aircraft. Whereas Aerospace engineering is the branch of engineering that concerns aircraft, spacecraft, and related topics. Aerospace engineering can be studied at the advanced diploma, bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. Levels in aerospace engineering departments.
