The cell is the basic building block of a living organism. It is the smallest unit of an organism. Human are multicellular. The size of a human cell is 10 µm. The mass of a typical human cell is 1 nanogram. Also humans have approximately 100 trillion or 1014 (10 raise to power 14) cells.
