Water is what evapourates in the drinks so water would evaporate quicker.
What Drink Can Evaporate Faster Water,milk,coke, Or Juice?
If your doing a science project on this you will need same amount of liquid same container in the same room temperature. If you want accurate results I would suggest using something to block wind or direct sunlight on a single drink. I would also use the smallest liquid measurement there is because drinks wont evaporate in big amounts at a time.
I did a science project on how fast water, milk, coke, or Kool-Aid evaporated faster. I discovered after 18 days water and Kool-Aid evaporated at about the same time. Milk hardened so it could not evaporate. The coke took 18 days just to get one milliliter less. So water evaporates the fastest.
