Cylinder will hold amount of water equal to its volume. The formula for calculating the volume of cylinder is    V = 22/7 (r) ^2  x h    where  r = radius  h = height of the cylinder      Diameter is given i.e. 2 " , therefore, its radius is 1"    V = 22/7 (1)^2 x 75    V  = 235

Multiply your 235 by 12  since there are 12" to a foot to get the answer in inches.....
Or change the radius from 1 to  0.083333333 to get the answer in Feet.
