I will use a ''mechanical" ear for this. My concept design consist of a diaphragm, vibrating coil and a permanent magnet like a loudspeaker. There are are some "secrets" behind this (nothing new in this word!) It could work with constant sound like ocean waves, busy roads and airports etc.
My idea is to use this in conjunction with wind energy at the same plant.
