I have measured a piece of property that I want to find out how many acres the piece of property is by my measurements. I measured from one point into five separate points ending where I started which I will refer to as the sixth point- the point where I started. Point one to point two was 100 feet at a 45 degree angle from the last two measurements that made a straight line. From the second point to the third point was another 100 feet , parallel to the last two points, and from the third point to the fourth point it measured 100 feet at a 20 to 25 degree angle. From the fourth point to the fifth point it measured another 100 feet in a straight line. From the fifth point to the last point, the beginning point, it measured 400 feet in a straight line. What do I need to do to get the square feet that I then could convert to acres.
