Voluntary and involuntary muscles depend on which parts of the brain they are activated by. Muscles that are controlled by voluntary parts of the brain are muscles that we can counciously control. Involuntary muscles are muscles that are activated by parts of the brain that we have no councsious control over, and are activated independently of our own thoughts.
