Look at his hands, if they are crosed in anyway or put in behind that person has smtg to hide or can be in agresive mood. As an employee need to be more careful with whatever you say to that person since he can cause you trouble.

Another is eye contact. If the employee has it with the customer you can relax that person is positive.

Another factor is the person is calm or being nervious. Be careful with that type.
