When we say the proper formatting of the paper or memo then it not only involves the alignment of the paper or the memo but also includes the proper identification of audience, the selection of appropriate tone, logical structure of the paragraphs, and the main purpose of the document, if any of these thing is not present in the paper or a memo then the formatting can not be right too.
