2 Mg + O2 --> 2 MgO  0.432 g is too much Mg for 0.130 g of O2 to burn so use the O2 amount and not the Mg.
0.130 g O2/32 = x g MgO/ 2(40.305)
0.130 times 80.61 divided by 32 = 0.327 g MgO
