It means that instead of showing how you feel towards a subject, object ect... Just state where you stand. Or your attitude to whatever it may be. In most cases, that is more productive then letting your feelings get in the way of logic.
There is no market for your emotions,so never advertise your feelings, just display your attitude. Explain it?
