Why do we use clinical thermometer to measure our body temp instead of laboratory thermometer?

That is because the clinical thermometer  is more accurate than the laboratory thermometer . And the  clinical thermometer can be read out of the body ,while the other one can not . Beside these ,the measurement range of the clinical thermometer is only about around the normal temp of human body while the other one there is a large measurement .
