I'm guessing you are talking about human 'races'? Well, human races don't exist. Chances are that your DNA is more like a person on the other side of the earth than your neighbor. All human beings belong to the same species; Homo Sapiens. An ethnicity doesn't have any unique features, good nor bad.

Only in a very loose sense. The mutation in the beta hemoglobin subunit coding gene that confers resistance to those possessing it, sickle cell trait, could be said to be " better " in malaria country than those not having that trait.

Humans are rather invariant genetically though. Still, we do not have all the answers and medicinally, at least, we pay attention to the genetics of variant human populations.
