The worst invention ever is obviously the double-decker couch.

Yes, everyone can watch TV together and be buddies... But what if the guy in the middle on the top couch needs to go to the bathroom half way through a movie??

Also there's the dangling legs issue. If someone on the top bunk had long legs, that could become a viewing problem for occupants of the lower couch.

Other than that though, it could be a pretty functional and useful addition to any home I guess.

Agent Orange: It is a defoliant used by the U.S. During the Vietnam War. It was designed to destroy the thick jungle canopy in order to spot enemy troops below, which it did. However, human exposure to the chemical caused a long list of deadly health conditions including cancers and birth defects. Hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese citizens and some of our own troops were affected.

Napalm: U.S. Troops used Napalm in the Vietnam War. It's a highly flammable mixture of polystyrene, hydrocarbon benzene, and gasoline which forms a sticky gel. Napalm sticks to practically anything, including skin, and burns up to ten minutes. The effects of napalm on the human body are unbearably painful and almost always cause death among its victims. It was first used in flamethrowers and later in bombs dropped in Vietnam.
