If you pressurised the "water bottle" and had a constant outward flow, the answer is yes but otherwise water from the lake would push harder than the bottles contents.
If a check valve is attached to a water bottle where water can only go out. You put it in a lake. Will water flow out from the bottle and lake water not get in?
