Physics and Biology both different in subject matter, but both are called science. why?

Science is the study of our world through observation and experimentation. Physics and Biology, though different, are different parts of science. Other parts may include behavior science, chemistry, or astronomy. Each of these are a study of something to see how they work. Good luck.
