Winter coming.....what's your favorite thing about winter?

Watching the snow fall. I don't like cold weather but watching the snow fall is beautiful! Oh and Angela, that's a cute picture of your dog :)

Not needing to run the A/C. It was 86 degrees (30 celsius) here today.

Nothing really. I'm a warm weather person but it will be nice to see it rain good here. Then I can plant nice things in the Spring. Other than that, I don't like Winter. I like shorts and tank tops, not pants and long sleeves and shoes ! Yuk!

SNOW!!!!! Love it.

Nothing at all. I hate short, rainy, gloomy days... Yuck.. Can't wait until the spring. (since i have depression, it makes it much worse)

Winter clothes. I love coats and boots.

I'm happy it's cold. As I get older I don't tolerate heat well. The second thing is my collection of boots and jackets. We haven't had a real cold rainy winter in awhile so I couldn't wear my boots and jackets. The third is winter sports. I love skiing, snowboarding and ice skating. The last thing is using my fireplace. I love a warm toasty fire.

Winter would be the last season that i'd enjoy  among of other three seasons. But Winter has it's own beauty!

-I love Snow! It's a gift, we can't be too harsh on it, it's a beautiful mechanism, the way coldness goes higher as it turns into snowfalls. Coldness and it's snow both has it's own beauty and benefit.

-It's a chance for us to enjoy the snow, play around and build so many funny stuff or just mess around and enjoy our moments.

-It's a great season for so many icy sports.

-It's the only weather that you can create shadows and steam with your breath,write or paint onto glasses and it could be anywhere! Leave a smile --- > :)  on someone's car and they will see it and probably they start their day with a smile as well! :)

-Creating snow foot/fingerprints and tire tracks, and the only season for creating cute Snowangels! And the most fantastic period for doing so many arts with snow!

-Snow gives us this an amazing feeling of warm! When you get warm in winter, it's something that you don't want to get rid of! The best desire for hot coffee, staying in the house, sliding the blinds away, beautiful snow pouring down, the windows and glasses are steamed, and the way the snow beautifully decorating the streets, inside the house, the fireplace is rocking the whole environment, a hot coffee/green tea/ and enjoying watching TV or a good movie! The greatest time for blankets and knowing their value and the feeling they transfer through our skins and the warmth feeling which makes us actually feel calm and secured, and the best time for cuddles and the best form of feelings which they ignite through our body and heart. The only time we can get those cute red noses! A very suit time for all kind of soups, specially the chicken one! The only time you can see a family or kids came together with so much laughter and building snowman or messing around with snows.

-It's a great season for ladies with passion of boot! And men with nice overcoats!

-Winter means closer to Christmas! And Christmas ? Is FUN! :))

March 21st, the last official day of it.

I put on the walking boots, wrap up warm. Put a flask of soup, a space blanket, a camera and other bits and pieces in my rucksack and go for a walk. The more remote the place, the better. The fewer people the better. Still days, where your steamy breath hangs on the wind. The silence only interrupted by the occasional deer or bird -surprised as I walk nearby. Sometimes snow, beautiful and brightening, but sadly death to a lot of the wildlife. Winter - nothing compares.....

We're going into summer here.  Yay. Hot days in my bathers under the fan, sweating like a pig.

Gloomy and rainy I love it

Open fire, hot whiskies, good company and music.
