Why is it wrong to want to drink breast milk from other women, as we all drink cow's milk with no bother?

As Annabelle points  out the practiclness of it is not there. Humans do not make enough milk to mass produce it, and it would more like slavery to produce it. Cows produce sometime 2-3 gallons of milk each, twice a day and there are literally millions of cattle across the USA to produce enough milk to supply the market demand.

Besides the thought of the taste of human milk on my cereal in the morning sounds disgusting... It's more like sweetened condensed milk in taste.

Here's a thought, make your breast milk from your own body.  Then you have a constant and conveniently located supply.

Because you're feeding from the human body. Feeding from the human body in any way is seen as cannibalism, and absolutely intolerable in most societies.

Hmm, so infants who breastfeed are cannibals? I don't think that's the meaning of cannibalism.

Charles: I didn't really say that. I simply said that feeding off of a human being is seen as cannibalism.

Sincerity: Not really nonsense. It's not like I agree with it. It's just I think more about these things than other people do. I can't help it if you can't formulate a good response against it.

Deston, actually yes you did. Cannibalism is the eating of the "flesh" from an animal of like kind (human eating human flesh and so forth). Not the eating of a product of an animal of like kind (milk, urine, defecation, and sweat, ect).

Woman only make enough milk to feed their infants, the SAME as cows. Female cows are artificially inseminated shortly after their first birthdays. After giving birth, they lactate for 10 months and are then inseminated again, continuing the cycle. They are also pumped full of antibiotics and hormones and in this way they can produce milk anywhere from 5 - 9 years depending on their living conditions (in factory farms their life span is less). They are basically treated as milking machines.

We are the only species that drinks the milk of another species. We are not suited to it, the biggest allergy for youngsters is cows milk.

Firstly I gather you are talking about orphaned animals not an everyday occurence.
Secondly all you have done is support my point, women, just like cows, only produce milk to nurse their infants.
Maybe it is the abhorrent reality of what humans do to animals that has really got your goat. Yes if we was to hook women up to breast pumps in mass in factories for the rest of their lives, pump them full of hormones and antibiotics, artificially inseminate them and remove their babies when born, then yes we could mass manufacturer breast milk.

In all your experience then you would also know cows milk to a human baby below the age of one is classed as poisoning. We take lactose out of cows milk because some are allergic to it, what with the things we have to add to it, we clearly we were not meant to drink it.
