Not unless you count the various scientific communities who work there. A couple of years ago I actually played a few chess games (via the Internet) with a scientist working there.
Did Antarctica ever have a human civilization?
It wasn't always covered in ice and there are several books about it. I think some type of human lived there once.

One time on the Big Bang theory show it did ....then they all grew beards ... Then they went home and shaved their beards. I'm a scientist and I know allots of stuff about stuff.
