Thank goodness for furry boots, fleece lined jeans, and heavy coats. It's 3 degrees and about to start snowing again where I live! What's it like where you live?

At 0900, it is trying to rain and the temp has shot up to 56 degrees. Still have a few tomatoes on the vine, the Copper Canyon Daisy, the marigolds, and the Mexican Bush Sage are still blooming.

-8F (-22C) here, with a high of -4F (-20C) . Been this temp for most of the week. Dogs will not go out for more than 2 or 3 minutes. Just long enough to do their business.

Don't laugh, or be mad. The cold front is going over us today. It is damp and cool. If you are from here is it cold. It is 59F (15C). "Here" is central Florida. And it was around 85F (29C) the last few days, so it is a big change. I am going to have to wear socks! :(

I am sure the heat will be on tonight. I also have a heated mattress pad. I bought one when we lived up north. It is the best thing ever! Never get into a cold bed. I don't need it much here, but I use it because my pup has arthritis and heat the side of the bed she sleeps on.
