Mumbai also known as Bombay is the largest city of India. It is capital city of Indian state of Maharashtra. Mumbai is the commercial and entertainment centre of India. Mumbai alone generates 5% of India's GDP, 25% of industrial output, 40% of maritime trade and 70% of capital transactions to India's economy and Mumbai's port handles over half of India's maritime cargo. Although largest city but Delhi is the capital city of India for historical reasons. Mumbai's area is 603.4 km² (233 sq mi).
