If both parents have O blood it is this genotype. OO There is NO WAY a mating of two O type humans can yield any other type (A or B)
Only extramarital matings could do this. There must be either one or the other dominant allele ( A or B )
O is recessive and only expresses in the homozygous condition. OO Those of you who are saying otherwise are either mistaken about the blood types one or the other parent posses, or are holding some secret.

When both parents are type o it means they are both homozygous recessive or pure breeding for o.   Neither therefore have an A allele to pass on. So the answer is NO.     Two o group parents can only have type o offspring.    Because o is a recessive condition!

It's very refreshing to see so many posters with the same situation as me. My mother is O+ and my father is O-, my sister is O- and somehow I ended up with A+ blood. Everything I find online says it's not possible, but I'm sure it has to be. My mother about had a heart attack when I accused her of having an affair with the mailman.

If both parents are O there is no way for them to have anything other than O children.
All O blood types carry the genes OO so there is nothing for them to pass on other than an O gene.

Every person has 2 genes that make up their blood type.
An A can be AA or AO a B can be BB or BO and AB person is obviously AB and O's are OO
So the parents each pass one gene on to you from their 2 genes and that is what makes up your blood type.

When two parents are type o they are both called homozygous recessive. This means they are BOTH pure breeding recessive, that they both have only o alleles/genes. Therefore they can only have o type children .
