Hi, you must keep your mind focusing on positive things. The more you think of gloom and doom. The closer you are at reaching that goal. Change your way of thinking, look at the good things that have happen in your life. Buy a copy of the Secret or go to the Library and borrow it. It has helped me; I was falling into that grave of no return. Move on try something new, sometimes a new approach on life helps a great deal. It sure can not hurt to try. Take care!

Things in life do not always go our way, and that is just part of life, we learn to accept it and get over it and move forward.
That way we learn from our mistakes and know not to do it again. always remember you are the only one that can decide where you want to go in life, we all have bad days but in the end its up to you how you want to live your life, you only have one chance to live it to the fullest!

I always think of people who have it worse then me or just watch the news! As long as my family is safe and healthy, I never sweat the small or semi medium things. Sometimes it takes some bumps in the road to make us appreciate life and look on the brighter side of things.

Hi...optimist itself means to believe that something good will happen, so just hope for the best and it will happen. Good and bad times are part of life and you have to face them. Meditiation is the best source to be relaxed, try meditating..it really helps.

If you feel like everything is going wrong, take a moment, take a breath, and look. Look at the little victories, 'hey I got this done' or 'look this worked out'.
If the small isn't working, take a step back and look at the world around you, you can ask 'how is my worry effecting the world around me?' Is it effecting friends, family? Is it big enough that it's stopping the sun from rising? Is it big enough to stop the earth's spinning? (Cause last time I checked the sun has continued to rise ^_^)
If you were 80 and looking back on this time would those things that are bothering you Really make a difference?

If none of that is working, find a quiet place, perhaps a garden, even just for an hour, 5 min, whatever. Just walk through and listen to the birds, stop and smell the roses, listen to the continual babbling of the brook. The birds don't know your troubled, they are just singing, the roses don't know, but they are opening so you may experience their alluring scent and beauty, and the brook~ well your troubles are not going to effect the water on it's continual flow. So in this place, your troubles have no place... So enjoy the moment.

It's so easy to allow ourselves to become immersed in our problems. We can feel sorry for ourselves, and sometimes there is a need to do that. But then we have to stand back and look at those problems. Sometimes they aren't as bad as they seem when we put them into some sort of perspective.

It bacame a joke with me and my friends at work. When things were bad, and nothing seemed to be going right, someone would remind us that "In a hundred years, who's going to care?" It was always good for a laugh and eased the tension.

As for myself, I've been through a lot in my life, but I've never lost my sense of humour. It can get me through anything. Even if I'm in tears I think of or say something funny. It gives me a chance to collect myself, and then I can go on. Maybe not immediately, but it's a start.

Good friends are a big help, and I love listening to and playing music. I also write when my mind is in a state of turmoil. It helps me release all the negative feelings that I have. I also have to admit that I carry a yo-yo and a clown nose with me all the time. They remind me that there are still good things to think about, and it makes people laugh.

How can you appreciate good health if you've never been sick? How do you enjoy warmth when you've never been cold?
Adversity is necessary as contrast---a yardstick to measure your times of good fortune.
Remember how good it felt when you got up after a fall?
You didn't stay down on the ground in despair, did you? Why do it now?

First thing I always do is say there are people out there who have it far worse than I then I say prayers for those folks , I surround myself with positive things and people , the first rule is try to remember if there is nothing that you can do about the situation at that time try not to worry because your negativity can make it harder for you to find the solution. Keep your chin up trust me it can always be worse and it does get better.
