Plastic bags are made of non-biodegradable substances(not organic). Because they are so durable they do not rot.They are also made of light material and get scattered and clog drains.This reduces the flow of the polluted water and the are gets polluted.Moreover this dirty water is released into the sea which harms the marine life.
