Yes, white blood cells do have nucleus. White blood cells are mainly of six types and each have a differently shaped nucleus.
Neutrophil - 3-4 lobed nucleus
Eosinophil - bilobed nucleus
basophil - partially constricted to 2 lobes
Lymphocyte - one large nucleus
Monocyte - one kidney shaped nucleus
Macrophage - one round nucleus
