The title needs to explain precisely what your thesis is about, so nobody could answer this without knowing precisely what your thesis is actually about. To start your thesis, you need to create the title page - hence, you need the title right away. This means that you need to think about what your thesis is going to cover. Are you finding something out? Are you proving something? Decide what it is you intend to do with your thesis and you will be able to devise a title that will reflect precisely what it is that you are trying to research.

If you have figured out what you're going to do with your thesis and you are still struggling to find a title, then perhaps try something simple. Let's say you're looking at eating disorders and you're trying to find the root cause of them (I understand that this is a basic example, but do remember it is only an example). Your title could literally be as simple as 'What are eating disorders, and what causes them?'

This isn't a ground breaking title, but it's a title nonetheless. You could always seek the help of your lecturer, too. Your lecturer is always there to help you when you need it, so don't put off going to them for advice. Simply arrange a time to meet them, or any other people in your university who can help you, and they will happily talk to you about how you can come up with a snappy and informative title. Your tutors are all there to ensure that you get the highest quality education possible, so don't think for a minute that they will think any less of you if you go to them for some help with your thesis title.
