There are some things that are out of our control. The dramatic impact that nature often has on our environment serves to remind us that we are not the masters of our domain, and that there are far greater forces in the Universe than ones that are imposed by humankind. We may be able to work toward identifying the dangers sooner, and limiting the amount of damage that they cause, but controlling the weather should remain beyond our reach.
