: Br--H
. .
Kinda hard to draw it on a comp...but the six dots are supposed to be the six valence electrons surrounding Br (Bromine) and the dash represents the covalent bond between Br and H (Hydrogen). The covalent bond consists of two valence electrons shared by both Br and H.
