Then write the notation as _____ and sense there is two electrons occupying the shell

between the asterisks you would write two arrows: The first arrow pointing up and the second pointing down to show the rotation of the electrons.
When the superscript of the electron notation is greater than 2 you must add the equivalent amount of arrows to electrons.
So for 3d6 you would have six arrows alternating from up to down.
You will have to do this for all of the electron rotation.
