This is a therapy technique that is used in counseling sessions. It is a technique of cognitive behavioral therapy where in client is asked to revise the new thoughts which he has seeked in this therapy session. The client thoughts are challenged and then new positive thoughts are tried to provoke. Later it is the duty of the client to cognitively rehearse them so that it can help him as soon as possible .The more he rehearse the more he will get better adjusted.
