Grumpy, the circuit relay which is used to depressurize the fuel system is probably the problem. There is no separate fuel pump relay in that car. Try changing the circuit relay! Good luck, Mc.

Hi grumpy, Did you look in the fuse box under the hood or under the dash? The fuel pump relay is under the hood.
