Power is defined as the rate at which work is performed or energy is transmitted for a given unit of time.
Mechanical power is the rate at which work is done.
Electrical power is the rate at which electrical energy is transferred by an electrical circuit.

They are basically same but mechanical power is generated by mechanical devices like turbine or so and electrical power is generated by electrical devices like generator.

There is no such thing as 'electrical power' and 'mechanical power'.  'Power' is simply a rate (energy per unit time), and it makes no sense to describe it as being electrical or mechanical.
