An assessment center evaluates the behavior. It carries
out standardized evaluation through multiple inputs. There are trained observers in the assessment centers which are trained on multiple skills. There are various techniques which are used for the evaluation. From developed assessment simulations, the judgments are pooled and behavior is evaluated.

This technique works by using systematic methods of recording behavior. Assessors develop behavior reports which are integrated through discussion and statistical integration process. There can be various reasons because of which an individual has to go
to assessment center for example, for job analysis of the applicable
behaviors.
