Energy can be neither created nor destroyed , it can only be converted into one form to another , so light is a form of energy which is produced during a reaction , example chemical and nuclear reaction etc
What Makes Up Light?
What light are we talking about here. Natural light or artificial light. If its a natural light then I don't know but if its a artificial light then the filament in the bulb produces light.
