Well, I'd have to say, some the advantages are, more privacy, most likely a bigger yard, less disturbance, to name a few. Disatvantages would probably have to be milage away from things such as stores, no neighborhood kids for your children to play, harder to find, you can take that as good or bad lol. But the other advandtages and disadvantages depend on your personal opinons and your life, such as kids, jobs, etc
