There are different kinds of organizations in an economy. There are some sets of behaviors which the members of the organizations have to follow. The boundaries, standards and influences of the individuals over others are determined by the organizations and they are presented in the form of a model which is known as Organizational Behavior Model or OB model. An OB model describes the decisions, events and the relations between the organizations. At international level, it can give the relation and behavior between the two countries. Examples of OB model includes Model presented in the Middle East crisis in Israel. Therefore, an OB model can help to understand the relationships.
