If you are entering LAX with Terminal 1 on your right, Terminal 2 is directly after this terminal and located on the same side as the 1st terminal. LAX recommends allowing 3-5 minutes to walk between each terminal. If you go on the LAX website you will see there are several terminal maps indicating how to get to Terminal 2. There is plenty of parking at the airport and the charge to park is $30 a day to park in the central terminal parking lot and $12 for economy lot c parking.
LAX is ranked 6th in the world for the amount of passengers that travel through and from this airport. They also rank 13th for the amount of cargo hauled through the airport. LAX are also the number one airline for origin and destination airport which means that the passengers are either starting or ending their journey at LAX rather than using it for a connecting flight. LAX was originally known as Mines Field and was used as a general aviation field. During World War II it was also used for military flights.  Commercial airline service started in December 1946 and the present terminal structure was constructed in 1961. In the early 1980s, LAX added domestic and international terminals and a second-level roadway.
The central complex features nine passenger terminals connected by a U-shaped two-level roadway. Curbside baggage check-in is available on the upper departure level. Baggage claim is on the lower level. Brand-named and ethnic-styled restaurants, cocktail lounges, gift shops, newsstands, duty free shops for international flights, restrooms, public telephones and business centers offer convenient services for passengers.

Terminal B is also called the Tom Bradley Terminal. It is at the end just before making the turn. Or, far west terminal.
