I was asking myself that last night. Do the things that you love and incorporate physical activity and exposure to sunlight into your day. Releasing some happy endorphins will help you have an overall more positive outlook on life and yourself. Learn to love yourself and don't look too much in mirrors. Your face is not a map of who you are. Know that you're not alone.
Look into a mirror and say about three things you like about yourself... Whether it is your apperance or personality. I do not do that. I look at myself and pinch my own cheeks and call myself cute haha you can do that too.
