The food is smaller. Now sometimes when you get it on the go you find the food has changed and you are hungry again 30 minutes later.
Are We Getting Bigger?
I think after all the hoopla that was made about portions that were ridiculously big (especially with fast food), and then about it helping to increase obesity, the fast foods have gone back to normal sized servings again. (I don't think the McD's fish filets they use were ever that big anyway -- there was always more bun than there was fish!).
You are right on both!!! I can finally go in there and get something to eat, and eat the whole thing, I always use to hate wasting the food, but my tummy just isn't big enough to eat the whole thing. Lol

Yes you grow till about 21 or 22 then you stop, but you can still get bigger
