NASA have recently discovered three earth-like planets capable of supporting life. How likely is it that these planets already support intelligent lifeforms?

A different form of intelligent life may require different things to live than we do. So, with that being said, I believe it is very possible.

That's very true. We may have to wait years to see if there actually life-forms on these planets though.

Of course we'll have to wait. For all we know, they may live off of various oxygens and whatnot that we didn't even know existed.
