I have had this simular described lump too. Mine is on the left side and seems like it gets painful. I first noticed it about a year ago. It comes and goes as far as getting bigger or swollen. I just want to know what the heck it is. I can sympathize with you. I have had a car accident a while back but not sure if it might be related. I have fibromyalgia also so maybe it has to do with that. Can't answer you but just wanted you to know that you are not alone in trying to identify this lump!
