Agent Orange: It is a defoliant used by the U.S. During the Vietnam War. It was designed to destroy the thick jungle canopy in order to spot enemy troops below, which it did. However, human exposure to the chemical caused a long list of deadly health conditions including cancers and birth defects. Hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese citizens and some of our own troops were affected.
Napalm: U.S. Troops used Napalm in the Vietnam War. It's a highly flammable mixture of polystyrene, hydrocarbon benzene, and gasoline which forms a sticky gel. Napalm sticks to practically anything, including skin, and burns up to ten minutes. The effects of napalm on the human body are unbearably painful and almost always cause death among its victims. It was first used in flamethrowers and later in bombs dropped in Vietnam.
