Long-distance walks, discovering and watching wildlife. Finding "history" along the way. Watching and photographing local natural history as well.

It works well until it rains. Then you end up miserable, wet, dispirited and cold. The camera and map stay in your backpack.

The weather eventually gets better of course....

Swimming and riding horses ! Love to go riding and then jump in the river and come home and swim in my pool! I love it!

Swimming! I couldn't get enough of it as a little kid, likely because it was so rare that we went to a pool, and I still get overly excited about going out to any pool today.

Running through sprinklers; eating pop sickles; skinny dipping; kick the can.. Wait.. Are you asking when we were kids? If so I can re-answer.

Firstly Going to the beaches, reading under the shining sun and if it's very hot then going for a swim or walking alone the beach, taking some pictures. Secondly going to visit some famous' places, or having a pic-nic with family in the garden, anyway, there are several programs on my holidays in the Summer.
