However climate change is fact and has been happening since the beginning of time.. Hopefully a different weather pattern develops.

Does anyone think that this " El Nino " will come and give the West Coast the rain and snow it really needs? Or will it be another dry Winter?
I hear that snowfall is gonna be below normal this winter.
But rain? Probably typical like every other year. It rains almost every day in the winter.
