Why could economics not be defined precisely?

Mostly because of the stock markets and the way they change so constantly, and with the US dollar fluctuating up and down on the International Market, there cannot be a precise definition, and with Businesses coming and going, store closures, employees being laid of, consumers not buying, all take their toll on the economic situation
