Does anyone miss the summer?

The weather is not to bad right now but when we get closer to the end of the year and the cold sets in, I'll be missing summer.

I'm glad it's over. I hate the heat.

Do I miss it being over 100 everyday with 70% humidity. No, I do not.

Miss it? Did it leave? I'm in FL and we are finally getting a cold front through this weekend where I can turn off the a/c at night.

Yes, I do miss it. We only get like two months of "summer" if that, here in Michigan. Even during that time it's cold. Around this time, my allergies are off the charts and it gets even colder, resulting in my hands bleeding. Instead of one or two sweatshirts like in summer, we need like four! The only good part about now is hunting season, but fall means winter is coming..and winter lasts 6 months here. We should be getting snow in the next couple weeks I'm sure😢😢

I miss summer. The carefree days of just walking out of the house bare-footed,green grass tickling my toes and the sun on my shoulders.

Autumn is beautiful and it has the merit of being bug-free. But... There are icy cool mornings that have my shoulders hunched upwards towards my ears to stay warm. I swear that isn't good for my posture.

Ask any Englishman. You only have to blink to miss the summer in the UK -- it's so fleeting.

(Shhh! Don't tell Kass or Ray I said that.)
