There is no atmosphere in space, therefor no atmospheric pressure, so you couldn't blow a bubble in the vacuum of space.

I was thinking along the lines of bubble gum ... if the material was strong enough, it would be able to withstand the pressure differential.

It would pop under the same circumstances as here on Earth ... when the material stretched too thin, or an outside force penetrated it.
